Session Synopsis<\/strong>
\nTechnology providers are rapidly maturing their various IoT platforms, all offering to solve the engineering problems of transitioning your business to being data-driven, so that you can focus on what you do best: energy generation, storage and distribution. \u00a0It’s de rigueur to acknowledge that exploiting data is as big a challenge as getting it in the first place – and to leave it at that. \u00a0Instead of doing that, I will look at the challenge from a digitising business’ point of view and show that the problem can be collapsed into a few key technology and business model decision points, with the options available at each.<\/p>\n
